By car it is 2 km to the town of Oliva and 1.6 km to the beach. The long sandy beach can be reached on foot via dirt roads and plantations.

The photovoltaic system was professionally installed in 2021 and has an output of 5.7 kWp with 17.5 kw LiFePO4 Pylontech batteries.

The house has its own access to the groundwater with a pressurized water station. The withdrawal is limitless, i.e. 50m³ pool can be filled within 2 days.

All bedrooms including the granny flat are equipped with air conditioning, built in 2021. All windows are double-glazed.
The pellet stove has 7.5 kW and was installed in 2024.

The fitted kitchen was installed in 2021.
The roof terrace was additionally insulated with 6cm Styrodur in 2023.

The country house has camera surveillance with recording and remote access via an app.
The annual costs are less than 100 euros per year.

Description

A wonderfully located country house, completely renovated and modernized by a German hand with perfect technology for an uncomplicated, self-sufficient life between the town of Oliva and the beautiful sandy beaches of the coast.

From here you reach a guest shower room with an adjoining guest bedroom.

The master bedroom is en suite. Between the larger bedrooms there is another third bedroom, which also serves as a dressing room.

All three bedrooms have modern air conditioning units with warm/cold functions.

The living room is pleasantly ventilated through the large windows.
Nevertheless, the property’s powerful solar technology easily allows for an additional air conditioning unit if necessary.

A highlight is certainly the large roof terrace with the two towers, which give the country house a special identifying feature.

From here you have an unrestricted panoramic view from a bird’s eye view.

Particular emphasis was placed on special insulation of the roof terrace during the expansion.
