Spanish finca with 2 houses

  • 140 m² main house and guest house, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
  • 80 m² of covered terraces and outbuildings
  • 1,500 m² fenced plot with fruit trees
  • Water – your own and plenty
  • Electricity with solar and diesel generator
  • 1 km to Oliva Playa beach
  • 1 km into town

The location is quiet and very romantic.

The property offers total privacy, is completely fenced and has a typical Spanish agricultural character.

There are some outbuildings for storing equipment, a well house, hutches for rabbits and chickens with a tower room. A wonderful life for animals.

Various vegetables are grown on one part. Beanstalks cover fences.

On most of the property there are orange trees of the “Valenciana” class, grapefruit trees, banana trees and a cherimoya tree.

The already larger orange trees offer a yield of 3,000 – 4,000 kilos per year and are harvested by local harvest buyers.

The residential buildings face the access road. A narrow road that, due to its proximity to the sea, is more frequently used in the summer months by insiders who know this secretive beach area.

Overall, however, it is a quiet and idyllic location.

The older house is pure Spain.

In front of the house there is a very pretty covered terrace with arches.

At the far corner of this part of the property is a small gate that leads down to a river. Children would definitely want to tie up a small boat here and paddle with it.

In fact, this small river leads all the way down to the sea.

The interior of the house is simple and has two rooms on the ground floor.

A lounge that is also a kitchen and dining room with a thick fireplace.

The second room is used as a bedroom. But it can easily be connected to the lounge and used for other purposes.

The wall between the rooms is not load-bearing.

There is a bathroom halfway up the stairs. From here, a small staircase leads back down into a cool, small, typically Spanish stone storage room.

Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms with a gigantic roof terrace.

From here you have a breathtaking view in all directions with the mountains on one side and the coast on the other. Otherwise a lot of greenery and lots of orange plantations.

“An even more unique area so close to the sea.”

The second house is more modern and of recent origins and also has Spanish charm.

It consists of a huge kitchen-living room and a very large double bedroom with its own bathroom, i.e. “en suite”.

Since both houses were built at the front of the property, you have the advantage of a large garden at the back.

Both houses have their own car access via a bridge.

And none of the houses have any visible moisture damage.

Between the houses and also in the rear part there are large roofs, tiled as terraces, which, as is typical for the country, are also used as living space for frequent outdoor stays.

There is also a shower room here that is totally functional.

In the back there is another large room that is used as a laundry room, pantry and also a kitchen.

And of course there is also a small workshop where the batteries for the solar system are located.

A large brick barbecue has been built right at the entrance to the property, which can be used to feed numerous friends.

Oliva and Oliva Playa

Where the southernmost stretch of land of Valencia, the „Costa de Azahar“ and the northernmost strip of the Alicante region, the „Costa Blanca“, meet, Spain is still original.

25 kilometers of sandy beach with natural dunes are cleaned daily and are very clean.

This coastal area is a large bay, with orange groves and even rice cultivation with an abundance of water, framed by mountain landscapes inland.

Excursions into the hinterland are an absolute must and offer a breathtaking variety of landscapes.

In addition, this area is still timidly developed. No mass tourism or skyscrapers, no large, impersonal complexes but rather a family flair with Spanish and colorfully mixed, international neighbors.

Rivers carry water all year round, the banks are naturally overgrown and offer an almost untouched picture of nature on a watercourse to the sea with waterfowl and fish.

Sports and leisure activities:

Cycling, hiking, fishing, all kinds of water sports, golf, tennis, horseback riding

You are never alone when you are looking for community and companionship, but you can always find quiet corners in romantic nature.

Various groups and clubs offer a broad program for like-minded people.

This area of the Mediterranean coast of Spain is one of the preferred destinations for families from all over Europe due to its many advantages. Only some of the reasons are:

a short journey and return to the homeland

  • two airports (Alicante, Valencia) with train connections to other countries
  • Several ports and ferries for one trip e.g. to the Balearic Islands
  • the metropolises of Valencia and Alicante very close

According to WHO, one of the healthiest climates in Europe

  • Mile-long sandy beaches, with the „Blue Flag“ and the monitoring by Live Guards
  • The inland, beautiful nature, a great variety and fantastic for short trips
  • no water problems, several rivers and lakes, rice fields, orange groves
  • international and multilingual medical health centers and hospitals
  • 36 golf courses in the area
