The house is a low-rise building from 2001

Water and electricity

The property has a city water connection from Oliva Nova Golf with drinking water quality and a well for irrigation.

A powerful solar technology has been installed that supplies the house with sufficient electricity without any problems. However, a generator can help out in an emergency, which is only very rarely necessary.

The pool technology has its own solar system.

Cooking is mainly done with gas. The bottles can be ordered and are delivered.

The house has good insulation, double glazing and blinds.

It was lived in by its owners all year round.

The property is completely fenced. Apart from the lawn around the swimming pool and the rear fruit and vegetable garden, everything is uniformly covered with pieces of marble. Despite its size, the garden is therefore very easy to maintain, even with sporadic use.

The neighborhood is pleasant and colorful. The houses are a good distance from each other.

Distances

For smaller purchases, there is a supermarket in the Oliva Nova Golf Center about 2 km away. A small Spanish supermarket, on the way to the beach, is 1.5KM away and the nearest town with all facilities and a large Lidl is 5 km away.

The wonderful, endless sandy beach is 1,000 meters away.

The airports of Alicante and Valencia are about 100KM away
